Refund policy

Return Policy for Wigs, Bundles, Weaves & Hair Extensions 

If you receive hair extensions and are not happy how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping if applicable. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. We honor this for up to 30 days after purchase (30 days = date package left our facility to date return is received). Orders returned after 30 days will be sent back to the customer.

Hair must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you. 

Not the style you were looking for and want to exchange to something else? No problem! Just send it back to us, and we will send out your requested style.

If the requested lengths change, we will have to adjust the cost of your order.

We do not refund shipping charges.

For altered products (bundles are unwrapped / extensions have been worn / color processed in any way) all sales are final. 

All clearance products including special listings are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Policy for Clothing & Hats 

Ladanti Beauty will accept Returns of unworn clothing items or hats with original tags and packaging.

We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.

Please allow 5 - 10 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process your refund.

Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on Ladanti Beauty's part.
